Following payment for a downloadable product, you will receive an email confirmation that your payment has been submitted. Upon verification that your payment has processed through your merchant, you will receive a second notification that your product is available for download.
Once your product is available, please do the following:
1) Log into your account at SerafineCollective.com using the "My Account" link;
2) Select the "View" link to see the details of your order;
3) Select the "Download" link near the bottom of the Order Information form to download your product.
